Hi, I’m Matthew—father, husband, and Founder of MGS Safety Management. I believe safety starts at home and scales into the workplace, which is why I’ve made it my mission to help businesses build environments where people feel protected, empowered, and confident.
Before launching MGS, I managed operations and strategic initiatives across two dynamic industries: the fast-paced world of FMCG at FTSE 250 company Britvic, and the precision-driven engineering sector at Thurne Middleby. These roles taught me how to blend commercial strategy with technical excellence—skills I now channel into every consultancy project and product we deliver.
